Is delivery free?
All our hampers include a free 2-day delivery service, however you will have the option of upgrading to a guaranteed service to ensure your order arrives on a specific day or in the morning etc.
Can I select a specific delivery date?
Certainly. Once you click "buy" on the product you like, you will be taken to our order form where you can select your delivery date on a calendar.
What if my recipient is not home?
If they're not in when delivery is attempted, your Hamper can be left safe with a neighbour or in a safe place if you specify one in the "Additional Comments" section when placing your order.
Where do you deliver?
We can deliver all over the UK 7 days a week (Mon-Sun) via courier. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands can only be delivered on a weekday (Mon-Fri) and aren't guaranteed to arrive on a specific date.
How much is delivery?
Whichever day you'd like your order delivered, we offer a wide range of delivery methods to suit:
