We are unable to deliver to the following postcodes:
GY (Guernsey), JE (Jersey), ZE (Shetland Islands), HS (Outer Hebrides) and KW15-17 (Orkney Islands)
Depending on the size of your chosen hamper the Tracked 48 and DPD 2-Day services can arrive 2 days either side of your chosen preferred delivery date. Please check to see if your postcode falls into this category and allow extra 48-72hrs for delivery and as such during the order process if any of the following postcodes are detected your delivery method and fee will be changed to the recommended service for this area. Please note we reserve the right to amend your order to avoid sending any perishable extras you may have added to these postcodes.

There are some places we simply can't get to consistently during the morning or on a Saturday or Sunday and as such during the order process if any of the following postcodes are detected your delivery method and fee will be changed to the recommended service for this area.

All hampers over a certain weight sent to Northern Ireland and some of our Islands as detailed in the list of postcodes below are considered overseas and as such during the order process if any of the following postcodes are detected the delivery method and fee will be changed to the recommended service for this area.

We offer a fully integrated Track and Trace facility that connects to the Royal Mail and DPD Local websites allowing you to easily check on the progress of your order from dispatch through to delivery.
When placing your order you you are giving us permision to leave your order safe or with a neighbour, however it must be noted that this will only be possible if the delivery driver deems it safe or can find an immediate neighbour, If not your order will be taken back to the depot. Please note that no refunds for non delivery will be made for any orders where we have proof of delivery to a neighbour of leave safe location.
We trust you'll be 100% satisfied with your order, however, if there's anything you're not happy with, or you have changed your mind about anything you've ordered for any reason whatsoever in 7 working days of receiving it then please get in touch and we will put into action a fair, confidential and effective complaint procedure where any queries relating to damage or non delivery will be given particular urgency.
