Using your credit card with interHAMPER is completely safe. We use a real time credit card processing system provided by Secure Trading. You simply enter your personal details on our own server before hyperlinking to Secure Trading servers where you enter your credit card details in complete confidence, using secure socket layers (SSL) that encrypt your details for transmission over the Internet.
We do not handle or see your credit/debit card number at anytime throughout the order process. This provides all our customers with the ultimate in safe, secure online ordering.
Yes, by simply calling call 0800 808 ROSE(7673) or if overseas call +44 1502 564488 or +44 1502 564488 during our working hours of 10am–5pm Monday to Friday.. Please note there are times when we may be too busy to take your call so leave us a message and we will get back to you ASAP. After business hours, you are welcome to leave us a message on our voice mail system, and someone will contact you the following day.

No, we only deliver to addresses within the UK and Northern Ireland.
When your order is placed online and your credit card is accepted, you will see a confirmation screen. You will then be sent an E-mail confirming your order. Should you not receive this E-mail please check your spam filter first before contacting us.
If you need to advise us of any changes to your order please get in touch at least one full working day before the day of despatch to allow us to respond in time.
During our peak periods around Valentine's Day, Mothers Day and Christmas we require at least three full working days notice to fulfil your amendment request.
If an amendment request is received too late we will of course endeavour to still make the changes requested but we cannot guarantee it.
If you need to cancel your order please get in touch at least one full working day before the day of despatch, to allow us to respond in time.

All orders cancelled with sufficient notice will incur a 2.5% cancellation fee to cover the card processing fees and the additional administration involved.
All refunds for cancelled orders will made within three working days of the cancellation request being received.
We accept orders up to 12 months in advance.
Unfortunately under the terms of the Data Protection Act we are not at liberty to disclose customer details held on our database. We will however contact our customer on your behalf letting them know your concerns.

We deliver 7 days a week throughout the UK from just £4.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48, £5.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 24, £7.45 for DPD Next-Day and £10.95 for DPD Pre 12, NI/Isles, Saturday and Sunday deliveries.
