We love hampers, in fact we sent our very first online order way back in 1999, giving us some 20+ years experience in delivering them, however every hamper can go sour and on rare occasions, things do go wrong. It drives us insane from misrouted deliveries to smashed jars and bottles, we have seen it all and that is why, whatever happens, we promise to always go the extra mile to make it right with a timely and sympathetic ear that truly does care what you think.
So, with that said, if for any reason you're not happy with your experience, please let us know and don't forget to have a read of our FAQ and delivery pages which might be of some help.
We can deliver all over the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 as well as DPD. Please note deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands can only be delivered on a weekday (Mon-Fri) and may take an extra day.

If a hamper contains any seasonal related contents (such as mince pies, Christmas puddings, etc) or if an item is out of stock, we will always replace them with similar items of greater value. So basically, we will always give you more.
